I am thankful for my job. Some days I hate working but I'm glad for the distraction it gives me to not constantly worry and stress about my little bean. And I am thankful for my family and the support I have all around me.

Me too Ricola! My Dad and his sisters live in southern AL, and I'm so thankful they were spared the worst of the storms.
I'm also thankful for my sister, who celebrates a birthday today. We've had a hard time getting along with each other our entire lives, but she has been so excited about my pregnancy and very kind to me lately. I love that this is bringing us closer.

I'm thankful that even in this scary economy, both DH and i have been able to advance our careers and live the lifestyle we enjoy, which includes having this baby and not worrying about how we're going to support a family. I left my last job just as furloughs were being announced, and one of my coworkers (who earns a decent amount, might i add) had the gall to ask if we could collect unemployment for the furlough days. It's so infuriating when people don't appreciate what they have, or the reality of those who are truly needy.
Due 12/20/11 ~ Lost our Muskrat at 9w2d
4/25/12 ~ Our angel, Persephone James, is here!
Today I am thankful for my home, seeing all the devastation in the Southern states is so upsetting, its scary how quickly it can all be taken away from you. Praying for all those affected.

I am thankful for my amazing husband and my almost 2 year old who is an absolute joy to be around and has such a great sense of humor. I am also thankful to have a job that I can say that I love, and that does not even feel like work, yet they continue to deposit a great salary into my bank account every few weeks. Life really can't get much better...except when this new addition joins us!
What a wonderful post, and replies. I am thankful for this forum, an outlet for my questions and obsessions, before I tell my friends about this first pregnancy. I am thankful for the sweet and smart women on this forum who write in full, grammatically correct sentences. And I'm thankful for the journey I took to arrive where I am today.
I am thankful that my baby is doing well and for my DH who has been so wonderful doing so much areouns the house when I am feeling nauseous.

I am thankful that the Lord has blessed me with a wonderful and caring husband, this sweet little baby I am carrying, my supportive and loving family, and that my husband and I both have good, steady jobs. I am thankful to have been born in the USA, as opposed to a third world country. I am thankful for this board, which has answered many of my questions. Most of all, I am thankful that Jesus Christ saved my soul!
