We would love either, but we want a boy. We have two daughters and want to experience the other side of things. Of course I have already convinced my DH and myself that it's a girl... which is probably a good thing, so we won't be shocked when it is.
FWIW, I'm not a girly girl at all and my girls are pretty rough and rowdy. My youngest is easily the most wild and crazy (she climbs up everything, even trees) in our playgroup. So for those of you worried about having a girl, she might be more "boyish" than you expect
ETA: and they both love bugs, dirt, trucks and hate getting clean. LOL!
GIRL! My husband and I both come from families full of boys. I'm the only girl on my mother's side of the family, and my cousins who have had kids have all had boys (the fourth boy arrived yesterday!). My husband is one of 2 boys, and no other babies from his generation yet. All our parents are putting in their orders for a girl.

IVF #1 = BFP - sadly a blighted ovum discovered at 7 wks. D+C 12/7/10. IVF#2 - ER 3/27. 8 fertilized. ET 4/1; transferred 2 blasts; 2 frosties (total of 3 now) Beta #1, 4/11 = 291! Beta#2, 4/18 = 2702. Beta #3, 4/25 = 17303. Ultrasound #1, 4/29 = 1 perfect baby and heartbeat!. 7/21 = a/s! It's a boy!! Robert Lawrence was born on December 1st at 4:32 am weighing 6lb 3oz, 19.5 inches long and healthy as anything!!
Since this is my first baby I am not really worried. The pressure will be on the second baby! We want one of each
As far as team pink/blue I am actually against this all pink or all blue.. I want to decorate baby's room in green with nature and clown, whether it's a boy or a girl.
A boy would be nice. I would love to see how DH interacts with a boy. If we had another girl? Sisters....it conjures so many dreams for me. It would be fun to have DH drowning in a sea of girls at home
I would love another boy, but DH wants a girl. My parents also want a girl, and we haven't told them yet but I'm pretty sure his parents are divided - FIL wants a girl and MIL wants another boy.
Even though it would be easier if we had another boy, since they will only be 20 months apart and we are well stocked. I want another girl, for no reason other than I just do.
BOY! We've always hoped to have a boy first. My mom however is insisting that it's a girl, and I'm starting to have a gut feeling that it's a girl too. The thought terrifies me!! I don't think I'm STRONG enough to raise a girl, especially if she has half the attitude that I did. Yikes!
As a mother of 4 boys already, I would LOVE LOVE LOVE a little girl! On my side of the family there are 9 grandchildren (not including this one) and ALL of them are boys except for the youngest who just turned a year old, she is very spoiled by all the boys!

This pretty much sums up why I want a girl. It's our first, so either would be great, but I definitely do hope one of our children will be a girl.

Gone but never forgotten, our three angel babies Jude, Mary and Gerard
the baby will share a room with kai - so a boy would be ideal...
but all I want is a baby.
