  I had the Ergo performance on my registry, but I just bought the blue Ergo sport from Baby Steals this morning and took the other one off my registry. I figured they can't be that different, and I couldn't pass up the price.

  The price difference is a little over $75.  Do you think it is $75 better?  I may just get the blue one off baby steals today.  We are planning on using it after he is not in the infant stage anymore.  The infant insert just seems way too hot for a summer baby.

  The infant insert is very warm in my opinion.  We have a moby wrap for when LO is tiny. 

  I tried a friends performance and did not like it as much.  DS was 25ish pounds and I can still carry him on my back with the ergo sport but the straps of the performance are less padded and cut into my shoulders after a while.  The colors are cool but I would keep your $75.00 and get one on baby steals!
