Femara with trigger. IUI was offered if I wanted to be aggressive. We are going to wait on that since DH has excellent numbers. So HSG tomorrow. I had an u/s today and ovaries look "beautiful" and there's eggs hanging out so RE was happy and confident I just need a boost. I will take the Femara and go in CD 12 for a follie check and plan the trigger. It feels good to have a plan.

When are you starting with this plan? I will be doing basically the same thing next cycle, assuming that I don't miraculously get pregnant this cycle. The only difference is that I will be doing clomid instead of Femara. I am going to ask my RE about that though, because I kind of feel like I would rather do femara. Anyway, maybe we will be doing it at the same time!?

I am on CD 9 of a 28 day cycle. If I don't miraculously get pg this cycle I will start with AF. My RE said he wants me on Fem due to less chance of multiples and my c/s. I also have a family history of twins. I hear the SE aren't as bad but I never took Clomid.when will you start?

AF should start around May 1st so I am a little ahead of you. I am definitely going to talk to the RE about doing Femara instead. I am terrified of multiples! I will be sure to tell you how everything goes so you can have an idea before you go into it!
