too much crashing? pretend play...

i know it's all good to play pretend, but how can I put the kibosh on all the crashing?  DS1 makes everything crash, explode, derail, etc...  nonstop!  i feel like it is a bit unhealthy but maybe I'm overreacting?  what do you think and should I try to make him stop?

Psychologically it is perfectly normal for 4 year old boys to expressing assertive behavior. They aren't necessarily associating crash=bad but are more curious with what the crash is and how it sounds, what it looks like, etc. When it crosses the line if he crashes it into his brother or sister or becomes more aggressive outside of pretend play then you might want to  sit down and explain further what a crash is (4 year old appropriate) and how he could hurt brother or sister.
