Stupid allergies and cold..

I have to go see a Dr.. it's affecting my BP and my breathing ablities and now I am getting a sore throat from breathing through my mouth the whole time..

It's warm outside! How do I always get a cold once it gets warm.. ugh

I feel your pain!! Do you have a neti-pot? Best $15 I've ever spent. I use it every other day whenever my allergies or sinuses get really bad, and while it doesn't completely cure my problem, it definitely makes me a lot more comfortable!

I have horrible allergies to where I have to medicate every single day, all year. I'm so sorry....Hope you feel better. I'd highly recommend finding an allergist - especially since BP and breathing is affected. I have asthma too and it's nothing to mess with! {HUGS}
