Success Stories on Clomid, Estrogen & Progesterone?

I took 2 rounds 50mg of clomid. I only ovulated the first time then i took 100mg of clomid and nothing. The doctor I was going to wouldn't let me do more then 3 rounds so i switched drs and she told me to lose a little weight and I have been cutting food back and losing a lil weight. the end of july i am starting Clomid, Estrogen & Progesterone my first doctor didn't have me on Estrogen & Progesterone I am also going to get an HSG. So i want some success stories on all 3 medications

    Are you being monitored via u/s by an RE to see how many follies you are producing and if any are maturing/releasing?  That would be my first suggestion.  You may want to ask this question on Success After IF or Pregnant After IF.

    Ditto..Most of us had not had success with anything yet hence the "Trouble" ttc. However if you would like some advice, go to an RE cont to get your self healthy (Im working on the same thingWink) and hopefully your get your BFP!!

    How long have you been TTC, do you temp?

    Sorry, no success stories here.  But it sounds like your current doc is smarter than your last doc if they want to do the HSG before moving on.  You need to know if your tubes are clear in order for sperm to reach the egg.  Has your husband had an S/A?  Need to know if he's got good swimmers. 

    I assume they've done bloodwork to decide you need estrogen and progesterone.  And as previous women said - get proper monitoring thru u/s during your clomid cycles to know what size (if any) follicles are growing to see how well it's working.  Good luck moving forward.  Go to https://troublettc.blogspot.com

    Unfortunately this is the Trouble TTC board so not many of us here have success stories. Most if not all of us are still trying to conceive our child. Maybe try posting this on SAIF (Success after IF) or PAIF (Pregnant after IF). GL to you!
