We go to Irvine Pediatrics which off Sand Canyon just off the 405. It has worked out for us because they have a walk in hour M-F from 8am-9am as well as on Saturdays from 8am-12pm. It is so nice to always be able to be seen, even without an appt. Our Doctor is the head of the practice Dr. Downes and she's good but a little old school. She did an awesome job on DD's blood draw for allergy testing at 9 weeks so I feel forever indebted to her :-) I also like Dr. Tse, Dr. Winkler, and Dr. Gan-Yong. I did not care for Dr. Wang and felt she wrote off some of our concerns as us just being first time parents. Don't let the woman who works the front counter scare you off, she's a piece of work..

We went with the https://www.socpa.com/ They have several locations and wonderful hours. We use Dr. Regina Brown out of the LF office and she has been wonderful. She doesn't jump to antibiotics, she is practical and helpful. The nurses are great and everyone in the office is nice and helpful. I like that the LF office has separate sick and well child entrances.
Definitely make appointments and talk with anyone you are considering. Tell them your plans and ask any questions you may have. Originally I wasn't going to BF and I made sure the pediatrician I picked was okay with that.

We go to Seaview Pediatrics. They have offices in Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo and San Clemente. Our doctor is Michael Shannon. He is the BEST pediatrician! He was actually my ped when I was little and has taken care of all of my kids and will take care of my new one arriving soon. All the doctor?s at Seaview Peds are pretty great though!
