    A channel?? Well I would love to know how to treat PCOS when you are not IR.

    you and me both girl! I saw an endo friday, she was NO help. Wouldnt prescribe metormin (which is cheaper through her rather than an RE)...didnt give me any ways to cope/treat/manage PCOS when I am not IR other than "eat right and exercise" which I do...blah. onto an RE in May I guess.. :(
