PP sex

Does anyone not feel like having it? I certainly don't. I had my 6 wk checkup today and I'm still bleeding a tiny bit. She did an internal and now I'm bleeding even more and it was not comfortable I can't imagine enjoying sex right now. I feel bad but I just don't have the drive to. Tell me I'm not alone!

    Not alone at all! No desire what-so-ever!I had my PP appointment today as well. Unfortunately, I'm not healing as she had hoped. The good news is I'm still on pelvic rest for another 2 weeks!!!! Bad news is, still no hot tub. Crying
    June 2010 - IVM
    July 2, 2010- BFP Beta July 5th - 931 Repeat beta July 7th - 2,779
    July 13, 2010- First ultrasound! Gestational sac found!
    July 16, 2010 - 2nd u/s due to bleeding. Twins found! Baby A is great! Praying for Baby B!
    July 23, 2010 - 3rd u/s. Saw Baby A's flicker of a heartbeat! Lost Baby B. :-(
    March 16, 2011 - Nathan James was born
    November 26, 2012 - surprise BFP! It's a girl!
    July 26, 2013 - Lilianna Jean was born

    Trust me, you're not alone.  DH is upset and feels rejected b/c I had absolutely no desire last night to mess around with him (we both get our feelings hurt easily, and I had a hormonal emotional day yesterday).  My 6 week appt is Tuesday, and I'm not looking forward to it at all.

     I'm sorry you aren't healing well, my dr. didn't even look down there just felt around. Yup, I'd be more upset about the no hot tub...

     I'm sorry you aren't healing well, my dr. didn't even look down there just felt around. Yup, I'd be more upset about the no hot tub...

    Between the tear and the episiotomy I'm a hot mess down there!!!! LOL. My heart sank when I heard no hot tub. We got it shortly after my BFP so I haven't even been in it yet. It is a sad, sad day.

    I have ZERO interest.  I even asked the doc yesterday at my 6 week if there was anything I could tell DH to keep it from having to happen.  She said since we want the Mirena, I can tell him no sex for 3 more weeks or until I have a period whichever happens first.  I tried to tell DH that, and he'd rather use a condom than go without any longer.  We didn't really have it much during pregnancy as it was incredibly painful for me.  I'm just scared it's still going to hurt since I had a pretty nasty tear and it hurt beforehand.  Fingers crossed it's not THAT bad when we finally do it.

    I am glad that my DH isn't the only horndog.  lol  I want to, but I went to my 6 week appointment yesterday and she said the stitches are still there but I am healing.  She did my annual pap and I didn't bleed at all afterward.  It didn't hurt that bad either, but I am petrified to have sex.  She said to wait a week or 2...I will try at a week and if it hurts, then DH will have to get over it.
