I think my job description changed today

I think it went from manager to see how many people you can piss off today. 

"No.  You can't just make up your own rules.  A schedule is there for a reason.  It is not a suggestion." 

"You have been with us for over 5 years, every holiday it gets busy.  Put your 'big-boy' pants on and get to work."

"Sorry you did not understand when I explained to you the first 3 times that I was not happy with the service.  Now you care that the 'feedback' went 3 levels up?  Now you want to fix it?"

    Sorry Clucky.  I know how you feel.  I think my job title goes from Manager to Babysitter all the time. It amazes me how immature some women in their 50s and 60s can be.
