    I never received anything physically, but I believe I got an email about claiming it online just before or after my due date.

    My local store was very nice - they gave me 10% off of anything I bought myself even if it wasn't on my registry they would add it so I could get the discount...

    You don't need a completion coupon.  You can get 10% off anything in the store (even if it's not on your registry) for 6 months after your event date.  I put my event date as my shower date not my due date.
