The longest wait on earth!... our first U/S

How long does everyone have to wait til their first U/S? I'm counting down, 31days. I'll be ten weeks. I've never had so much trouble being patient.

Waiting is hard! I just posted on here earlier today, my first OB appointment I will be 10W. I hate waiting! I hope they do an ultrasound then.

Yea, it stinks. I'm doing my best waiting. I scheduled my 1st OB appt when I was only 4wks preg so its made the wait seem longer haha. They called me back and said "oh btw we need to do an u/s before your appt" scheduled u/s the same day darnit. My husband and I are so excited though.

WELLL, I was supposed to go tomorrow, but they just called and I have to wait 3 more days. I already had to wait 12 weeks, but this 3 additional days is killing me!

I had my first appt on 4/12 and I have my first u/s on 4/26, I'm so thankful I don't have to wait longer than that, I am the most impatient person ever! You can ask your doctor if you can have an earlier u/s.

we have our first tomorrow morning. i'm so NERVOUS. i just want to know that everything's progressing normally and i haven't had a missed m/c.

Our first appt & u/s are not until the 29th. I am so scared something is wrong and we won't see a HB. This is going to be a really long week and half. Good luck to everyone.

My appt is next Monday. I will be 10 weeks 3 days. I agree, it is a long wait but it's worth it, especially if you get an ultrasound.

Waiting is awful, I am a very impatient person. I had my first u/s at 7w5d and my next appt is 11w5d. I get my next ultrasound at 20 weeks, which sucks. A lot. It's hard to keep your mind busy when all you can think about is this little baby growing inside you.

I was like that before I had my u/s and the moment you see the little heart beating all your worries just melt away. It's an amazing feeling! Good luck and think positive thoughts!

Try waiting until 20 weeks, it's the only one we get as long as everything is fine. We are skipping the scan they do in the first trimester since we wouldn't terminate for anything they would be looking for anways, I knew my lmp so they know the due date, and I've have no spotting or cause for concern. All that equates to no need for an early sono.

Mine is on the 27th and I think this will be the longest wait of my life ... Although, I take it as a blessing because during my only other pregnancy, they had me come in right away b/c my numbers were so low and I miscarried. This time, my numbers were great and they scheduled my u/s later than they originally stated they would!

My OB waited till the 8-9 w mark and I was happy he did because we were able to actually see the heartbeat which really helped calm my nerves! Just spend time here on the bump reading everybodys stuff you'll pass a ton of time lol!

I have my first OB appt next Tuesday, but I made the appt almost 4 weeks ago, so the past month has been torturous! I have never been so excited to go to the doctor!
