PIP probs and tinypic.com

So you ladies were helpful last week with showing me how to post a PIP and I went on www.tinypic.com and it will not let me do the picture, it takes a really long time and then nothing, do any of you know why?  What am I doing wrong?  Feeling very computer challenged right now.  TIA.

Your picture is probably too large. You need to reduce the size first using a photo editor or microsoft paint.
