Sorry if this is asked repeatedly but I never get to come on anymore. Do you still or when did you stop giving milk right before bed? We aren't anywhere close to potty training but I'm thinking we should go ahead and start weaning him off his bedtime bottle. He wakes up soaked most nights... TIA.
Re: Do you still give milk at bedtime?
DD1 hasn't had milk at bedtime since she stopped nursing at 18 months. Since then her last drink of milk is with dinner.
However, she has insisted on sleeping with a water sippy ever since she moved to her big girl bed at 27 months. At the time she had been daytime potty-trained for a month but was still waking up with a full wet diaper. By 30 months she was waking up dry, even with the nighttime water; now she usually wakes up once a night to pee.
Only if she asks for some. Otherwise, it is just with supper.

I stopped bedtime beverages shortly after DD turned 1.
When she was 2 I cut off fluids after 7.
DD hasn't had a bedtime bottle since she was 14ish months old.
She normally has 4 oz glass of milk w/ dinner. Sometimes water.
