Since she singlehandedly ruined the lives of five other rescue dogs that could have been adopted, I think it's only fair that we inject a dose of reality into her "moment."
I think you need to relax a bit. I think she was just trying to celebrate the miracle of birth, since thats where we are all heading.
F*ck the miracle of birth. How about the agony of death? Have you ever seen dead dogs dumped off a cliff into the landfill? I have. In my state. Those dogs were once puppies created by someone wanting to see the friggin miracle of birth. Have you ever read about the way dogs are killed in gassing chambers by the dozen? I have. It's not pleasant. You want to ask SarahToledo about the number of Chihuahuas she has saved, or how many she has had to pass on, knowing they would be killed? Because now you brought 5 more puppies into this world that will be adopted by people that could have adopted dogs that are on death row, yes, she did kill them.
Way to go Mom!
Here is an actual photo from the Hamden dump. See those dogs? They were killed at the shelter and dumped, some probably because people got cute little puppies from a shitty backyard breeder like dipshit up top.

Oh, I'm so very sorry. You'd like us to chillthefuckout, right? We're spoiling your day? 8 million dogs and cats die annually in shelters, but hey- not your problem!
I read all of the posts and I agree with the POINTS that people have presented, in regards to being responsible and having your pet fixed...I really do.
However, the rabid name-calling and spite just steaming from a lot of the replies above just makes me shake my head. I can't understand why it's SO VERY, VERY hard for some of you to get your point across in a rational manner, one that does not involve name-calling, accusations of puppy-killing and the like.
I get that it's a topic that you're passionate about. I'm passionate about all things animal welfare related too and find myself reaching boiling point or in tears whenever I hear of animals suffering at the hands of humans BUT I remind myself that people 'switch off' when you unleash these emotions on them and categorize you as "one of those PETA-esque loonies" etc. It doesn't help when you're raging at people...it certainly doesn't stop them long enough to absorb what your message and think "Wow, I didn't know that...thank you for educating me...!"
They only react like anyone does when they're attacked: "That person is an ***! Rabid much...?"
It can be difficult reigning in that emotion and forcing yourself to try and calmly educate other people about issues such as this but, instead of alienating the very people you wish to enlighten, you might just succeed in swinging some (if not all) of those people over to your way of thinking.
You get nowhere when you disrespect them as blatantly as a lot of you have in this thread.
Quit sitting at your keyboard and getting quiet satisfaction from ripping someone you've never met to shreds. Yeah, it's a great way to take out otherwise supressed frustrations from other sh1t in your life on a faceless internet stranger you'll never have to face. Better than telling your boss/husband/in-laws/whoever has been p1ssing you off lately what you REALLY wanna say to them...oh and that's right, you get to offload your opinions on whatever cause you support too.
Again, you COULD have got all of your points and beliefs across in a much better and effective way but that would have taken the cowardly enjoyment out of ripping the OP a new one.
Do you all feel 'offloaded' now? Feel better about yourself after your grand efforts in making someone feel like a piece of shiit?
You spruik for a better world for animals but you have no problem acting in a hateful, spiteful way to another human being, someone you've never met.
It's admirable that a lot of you have vowed to teach your children to be responsible and caring when it comes to animals. I hope you get yourself in line with how you treat other PEOPLE because your children will take their cues from you in regards to THAT too.
Re: Celebrating All Kinds of Mommys!
Puppy dogs and Rainbows ONLY!!!!

That's what your apathy does. And that's what the OP's ignorance does.
Blessings!
No.
But you've made an excellent case for justifying your spay. HTH.
Yes, if you're going to raise your children as Boilermakers!! Go Hoosiers!
