Realtor rec. needed for MD

Hiya-

Hubby and I are planning to move to MD for many many multiple reasons.  We're looking for a realtor that knows Mont Co like the back of their hands, has been in the real estate "biz" for many years, and is familiar with school systems.  We're mainly lookin gin the North Potomac/Gaithersburg area.  We interviewed one, but am still on the fence about her. 

 Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

    I recommend Jack Kort from Weichert Realty. We were looking to sell a few years ago....RIGHT as the market was tanking so we decided to hold off, so we never actually completed a sale with him, but he is really great at what he does. He's a nice guy, knows the area well, and will work hard for you. He is a 24/7 kind of guy. Good luck!

    Denise Szczur is a realtor that has been very involved in our local civic association for a decade now and she does a lot of business in our neighborhood which is in Rockville. She's been working in Montgomery County for over 10 years and gets rave reviews from everyone in our neighborhood. Just last week, someone on our neighborhood listserv asked for realtor recommendations and 4 or 5 people chimed in to say what a great job she did with their sale.
