Dark marks on breasts

In my first trimester, I noticed that I developed dark marks on my breasts, under my breasts, and on into my underarm area. I believe that they are now spreading to the sides and back of my neck. I asked my OB about them, she was unfamiliar with them, but guessed that they were a fungal rash of some sort and prescribed a cream for me to use daily. The marks did not fade of decrease, in fact, that's when I noticed that they spread to my neck. The marks are not particularly itchy but do get very dry so I try to slather on lots of lotion.

Has ANYONE else out there in the Bump Universe gotten these or heard of these? The hell are they? Will they go away?

I haven't heard of them, but it might be a good idea to go to see a dermatologist, especially since your OB gave you a cream that doesn't seem to be helping. Sorry you are having to deal with this. GL!

It may be the mask of pregnancy aka chloasma. It usually happens just around your facial features but can pop up in areas that experience friction like your forearms, armpits, and inner thighs. You should maybe make an appointment with a derma to make sure though.
