XP: Help! Is this diaper rash?

We just stripped Aaron down for his bath, and noticed little white pimples on his penis.  There is no rash or anything, and that's the only spot he's got the pimples.  Is this normal?  They just appeared between his last diaper change (7 PM?) and now.

    Was he circumcised? My LO had a blister like bump above his plastibell and my pedi said to put neosprain (sp?) On it. It went away within days. I don't think its diaper rash though tbh.

    He was, but that seemed to have healed completely last week sometime.  I'll try Neosporin though..anything to get it to go away!

    I hope it helps! It probably wouldn't hurt to call the pedi tomorrow. I know mine only wanted to see my son if the blister type bumps were leaking Ew
