I'll go: I just read on 6-9 that some people think that this board is weird right now and I agree! It's so different.

I keep trying to think of ways to spice it up a bit, but I'm just not coming up with much. Maybe it's good because I'm doing more productive things and skipping lots of bump time!

i wish i could go back in time to my fun, carefree college days and party my ass off for one night. then, after my hangover cleared, i would snap back to the present.

maybe that's not so much a FFFC as a general consensus now that i think about it haha

yeah i do agree with that. i think it's that we're in a whole different set of issues now with our LO's being on the older end of this board, but most of the posters are fresh from 0-3.

yeah i do agree with that. i think it's that we're in a whole different set of issues now with our LO's being on the older end of this board, but most of the posters are fresh from 0-3.

That could be it. Also, lots of people moved over at once, and lots of people moved up from 0-3 at once. I'm like in the awkward middle stage!

I sort of agree about going back to careless college days, and I'm kind of going to tomorrow night! Amelia's going to stay with my cousin and we're having a party. We're the only friends with a decent house, so we always threw the parties. Of course I'll have to break for pumping and I probably won't drink much, but it'll be fun

1. has 3 month old who gets 3 cereal meals a day already.

2. another's baby has an ear infection so bad that apparently he has goop oozing out of his eye and a black eye from it. I can't imagine how far along this ear infection is for it to have gotten that bad. And I'm judging big time.

I'm judging too. Even my BFF, who is not a bad mom, but has made a couple of decisions that I think are wrong. It sucks feeling that way.

I also feel like I'm in the weird middle stage. I included you (Nhev) in that stage, when I thought about who was in it. It's like there are not enough babies around our LO's age to make a group of regulars that stand out. bla. Thebump is boring me now a days.

My FFFC-

Piper woke up about 30 minutes after she went down. She is WIDE AWAKE, but sosooo tired... I'm kind of hoping H gets here before she falls asleep so he can see what it's like to put down the crankasourus when it's past her bedtime. I might even "need" to use the restroom while he tries to put her down. hehehe

Tomorrow it'll be 5 years since I lost my mom. My confession is that I didn't fully appreciate our relationship until she got sick, and I definitely didn't understand how much she loved me until I had a daughter of my own. I wish I could tell her.

whoa sorry for being a Debbie downer. My real confession is I bought some Easter chocolate and hid it from DH. It's my stash, dammit!

Well, I dont know about the board being weird. I have to say that I really like this board. Even though I don't technically belong here til next week and don't really " know" anyone, I think this board is so much more fun than 0-3.

And my confession...this morning I heard DD1 wake up shortly after 7:00, but didn't cry for me to come get her and was playing happily in her room so I left her up there until around 9:00 so I could stay in bed longer. (We have a video monitor so I could check on her and make sure she wasn't getting into any trouble). Sorry for lack of format. 1ht on my iPhone.

My FFFC's:

1. My old friend from high school was a druggie and alcoholic. She just had a baby and is now diagnosed with MS. I feel so sorry for her daughter, but not for her. How horrible am I?!

2. Joe Biden just *looks* like a con man to me. And even if he's not, I still think that whenever I see him.

3. I let my daughter's CIO sometimes :O.

4. I can't stand Kelle Hampton/based on her blog.
