late cycle before starting BCPs

Ok.. so I've screwed myself -- I got ALL upset about my SILs being pg that now I am over a week late for my own normal cycle. I've done this to myself before with stress, but never at such a crucial time, and my cycles have been regular for 6 months! My RE sent me my "predicted" schedule for how my IVF is going to go, but now I feel like I have totally screwed myself, because now my IVF cycle will be later than predicted. They want me to be on a month of BCPs before the cycle.  Anyone had this problem before? I have to call tomorrow because they said call if nothing has shown up by Friday. I guess we will see what the "new plan" is. I'm so upset with myself :(:( Words of advice from my ladies? <3<3

DH became a double above knee amputee with traumatic brain injury (TBI) - July 2009
TTC - August 2009 DX: Severe MFI & TF due to TBI
DH SA 0 count, started clomid therapy - November 2010
DH SA 0 count, increased clomid dosage - January 2011
DH SA 75 million with 60% motility!! - May 2011
IVF with ICSI ONLY OPTION - May 2011
3dt of 2 Grade A 8&7 cell embryos May 19, 2011
+HPT May 30 2011 -- Memorial Day!

    No good advice but bug hugs as my SIL is pg and it is frustrating and painful to be wanting it so bad.  I'd trade you since AF showed up for me, but I know that wouldn't really help.
