Have to brag on DH

I have to brag on my hubby! He's is busting his butt so that I can get home to my family this weekend!

I'm originally from CT, and usually get "home sick" in the spring. This year seemed especially rough; I really wanted my grandmother to see my bump, and she can no longer travel the distance to visit. I've wanted to go home, but didn't want to pay the money for a flight, and certainly didn't want to do the 12-hour drive by myself.

But, DH didn't have extra vacation time to take (we're trying to save it up for when LO arrives and Christmas). I was bummed, but understood that a visit home wasn't in our plans this spring.

Cue bragging on DH: He has been working ALL WEEK. Literally. He goes in at opening and stays until closing, only coming home for a lunch break. (He's a retail manager). Tonight will be the first night he isn't working all day, and the only reason he worked that out was so that we could spend time with his DD tonight. Tomorrow, he'll go in super early and work until 5, and then we're leaving for CT! He's busted his butt all week so that he could have enough hours in and not take any vacation time, but still get me home!

He's so good to me, and I just had to brag on him!!
