If you are anything like me, you have tons of pics of your DC. How do you mangage them? Do you print them all & store in photo albums the traditional way? Do you just print certain ones & keep the rest on your pc? Do you use photo sharing sites (which ones)?
I'm just trying to think of the best way to save them & have easy access to them as well. TIA
Re: How do you manage photos?
I print very few of them. I have an online website on smugmug.com. It's paid but you can have unlimited storage. There are also free sites like snapfish and picasa that you can use.
When DD is a little older I will make a photo book using Blurb.
My amateur photo blog
I keep them all on shutterfly but after I download them on computer, I immediately put them on a CD for safe keeping.
I am also going to 3 month photo books to get my pics in print. So every 3 months I will put together all my fav pics in a photobook with captions and what have you...they are much easier to store than a bunch of pics and I don't have time to put them in a photo album when they will just fall out eventually and photo albums are much bulkier than a photobook.
Once a month I upload pics onto my pc, then onto kodakgallery and facebook. Each month gets its own folder in each place. We order hard copies randomly.
