Could I possibly get some of that wonderful Nestie Dust?

So S and I visited the ER last night.
All last week I have had brown spotting. At my appointment on Friday the doctor checked and couldn't find any active bleeding so she told us that was a good thing. She ordered my NT scan for this coming Friday, which will be the first time we get to see the baby.
So last night when I got up for a potty break from doing homework and found that I had bright red bleeding. Mind you I haven't had any cramps or anything. Just some pressure but I've had that off and on for a couple of weeks now.
We both freaked, jumped in the car and went to the ER.
Once there they told us that they couldn't see much on their machine in the ER. They could see the yolk sac and what looked like the baby, but they baby didn't look as far along as I should be. So either my dates are off and I am not 11 weeks or the baby is not developing the way they should be.
The doctor labeled it as a threatened miscarriage and put me on bed rest until my follow up appointment on Wednesday morning. I apparently also have the very beginnings of a UTI, so I have some antibiotics to get today.
I am scared shitless to say the least. I've been down this road before and red blood was not a good thing.
My dad said to hold on to my faith and I am going to try my hardest.
If you have in dust/prayers/good thoughts/vibes to spare we would really appreciate them.
Please stick Pumpkin, mommy and daddy want to meet you so bad!

I hope everything is ok! FWIW, I had bright red bleeding about 2x per week all the way up until 16 weeks and so far everything is looking ok. It's super super scary, but hopefully it'll turn out to be nothing (or nothing that is affecting the baby's development)!

Sending you lots of dust! Hopefully your LO is doing just fine. I had on and off red and brown spotting through most of my first trimester which was very unnerving.
