After the initial "engorgement" my breasts went down and became soft again and all was good...leaking even slowed... now suddenly I am leaking more, actual milk now, and it itches/hurts when I am leaking.... I have not bf'd at all... any ideas?

    I wont be much help but I saw no one responded to you. For me, after the awful couple days of engorgement mine went soft, leaked for a few more days and then nothing. This is my first baby so I'm not sure whats "normal". I know when I was engorged I googled ways to help and one of them was to make sure there was no stimulation to the breast. So I had a 'hands off policy' till the leaking was done then a few days after for good measures.
