how long is it good for at room temp? Baby wont feed again for 3-4 hrs after I go to bed. Can I heat the cold bm up now and set it on my dresser till feeding?

yes, but why heat the bottle up now. I would just take it out and leave it on the counter to warm up to room temperature, it won't stay warm for 3 to 4 hours anyways you can always heat it a little when LO wakes up.
kellymom says If baby does not finish milk at one feeding, it may be refrigerated and offered at the next feeding before it is discarded.
this is confusing to me. let's say i give my baby a 4 oz bottle and he only drinks 2 oz. can i give the bottle back to him at the next feeding? i remember reading that there would be bacteria in the bottle. or are they saying the milk is ok to use - like if i defrosted 4 oz and only gave him 2 in the bottle?
