beach mammas: sunscreen and uv ray clothing?

Ok, we are taking 2 beach trips this summer, and will prob be at the local beach a lot in between the trips.

What is the best sunscreen you have found?  Spray? stick? lotion?  I went to buy some today and was SO OVERWHELMED by the options!

And I have been looking everywhere for a long sleeve beach shirt.......uv protection.......and have only found them at Carters for $30. was hoping to find one a bit cheaper...... where have you bought yours?
