chocolate and breastfeeding

Is eating chocolate while breastfeeding bad? I have to be honest, I hadn't heard that before but a friend asked me that the other day(because I was eating chocolate). It got me to wondering if that was true or not. Also how do you know if your baby has food sensitivities?

I know it has caffeine in it so I would just have a small amount, but that's with anything like that.

I know that extreme gassiness can be a sign of food sensitivities as well as blood in the stool.

I think Mj does not like Papaya too much. I've been eating dried papaya the past couple days and noticed he's had more poopy diapers and they stink alot more.

WHAT! Don't even SAY such things! Of COURSE not! If not for chocolate, where would all the happiness in the world come from?? (Besides babies, of course)

Speakinowich... My dad's "happy birth day" present to me the day after I had LO was a tropical fruit salad and a bag of ghirardelli raspberry dark chocolate squares. YUMMOOOO.
