Weird Pain

I just got up to go to the bathroom and I have a weird pain kind of under my legg, but by my butt.  The best way to describe this is where the barbie legg connects to the barbie body.  kind of like the back of my bikini line. 

It kind of hurts to walk.  I don't remember experiencing anything like this with DD.  Anyone know what this is or how to get rid of it?

    I have sciatica pain that runs from my butt cheek down my leg.  Maybe it is something like that?

    It doesn't really seem to be sciatica, since it's not really a shooting pain that runs anywhere.  Maybe it's a different kind though?
