Pine Tar Soap - safe?

Hi all,

I've started used Pine Tar Soap (bought at Whole Foods) in the bath for my eczema.  I've read that some pregnant women who have PUPPPS use it.  I just wanted to ask if anyone knows whether it's safe or not - just to double check.  Thanks!
