That you really are extremely fertile after a m/c. I'm going on 6 days of fertile CM..I'm usually lucky to get 2-3 tops. I find it ironic though that the most fertile cycle I'll ever be is the same cycle I'm forced to TTA. Anyone else proved this saying to be true? Glad to see I"m ovulating but geez that's enough alraedy I can't do anything about it and I just wanna move on.
Another question...those of you who've had chemical pregnancies or very early miscarriages....how long did it take your cycle to return to "normal" (pre-m/c) or did it return to normal at all? My cycle was always 27-28 days and now I'm going on almost 40 days. I'm nervous they will always be screwed up from now on.

Read about it on the blog
2 Corinthians 12:9 But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.
...i usually get like 6 days of fertile CM before O. i think this was the same pre-m/c but i wasnt really paying attention then bc we werent trying.
i had an early loss at 5w3d....(or 5w if you start from the day i started spotting then bleeding). i actually ended up ovulating at the very end of the bleeding, which was about 18 days later....i was still somewhat spotting though. my CM was streaked with blood, but i didnt really have to wear a panty liner. after that, i ovulated on CD14 and got AF 13 days later - this cycle was very similar to pre-m/c cycles. i usually ovulate b/tw CD13-16. this is my second cycle post m/c and i am CD7 so we'll see where it goes. i think it's all over the board...some return to "normal" cycles quickly while others it takes awhile.
Where are you getting the 40 days from? Stalking your chart, it looks like you're on day 24. Are you trying to add on your regular luteal phase length and estimate you'll be back on CD1 another 14ish days from now? I had fertile CM around day 20 and had a 30 day cycle (usually 27-28 days) my first cycle after m/c. Usually I have fertile CM around day 13-14. I'm not sure whether I was really ovulating or not...but if I was, I had a short (for me) luteal phase.
Anyway my point is that you might cycle back sooner than you think.
Yes, sorry, I was assuming I will/have O any day now and added on the 14 days of LP so a 40ish day cycle total af to af. I said this becuase I read that cd1-O may vary but LP always remains the same..or does this not count with a m/c?
Thanks for the advice ladies
That is generally true, but 1st cycle after m/c is commonly super wonky, so it's entirely possible that your estrogen levels will be high all month, with EWCM for days, without it being an indicator of ovulation per se.
Like I said above, I had EWCM 10 days before AF compared to my normal 14 day luteal phase...Things were definitely not normal, though they could have been much worse.
Looking at your temps, you have a really different pattern than you did the previous month, so it's hard to know whether you're in an anovulatory cycle or just haven't O'd yet this month. Maybe someone else has better insight?
I hope things get back on track soon for you! It's so annoying to wait.
Did it ever go back to 14? I guess there's a chance that it won't necessarily be 14 days from now... I have a dr appt a week from today so I'll talk to him about this then. I just so desperately want things to go back to normal so that I can feel "normal" again. Thanks for the help.
