How to ask for addresses?

Hi, all! 

My mom is throwing me a baby shower (yay!) and she asked me to get the addresses of my friends... I was going to send a few of them individual facebook emails to ask for their addresses.  How should I phrase the questions?  Should I mention that it's for a shower?  Why else would I be gathering their addresses? 

Please let me know how you think it should be phrased!  Thanks in advance...

Will TTC summer Summer 2014 we hope!

Dear God, Since I couldn't hold my little one in my lap and tell him about you, could you hold him in your lap and tell him about me?

    This.  They are your friends so they know you are pregnant so I'm sure they will assume it's for a shower.

    Tell them straight out that your mom needs addresses for shower invites

    For work people I BCC'ed people so they wouldn't see who else I was sending to and said: "Can I please get your address? I'd like to invite you to my baby shower on 5/15. Since I can't invite everyone please dont say anything at work. Thanks!" for FB friends I sent out a mass message to invitees and said "Can I please get your address for? I'd like to invite you to my shower, save the date! If you dont want to reply all text, email or send a separate message. Thanks" - everyone else my mom asked or already had.
