Just wondering what you veterans found that works the best? I have a PPB waxy boxy for DD and I love the hands-free backpack style, but now I'm thinking it will not be big enough for two sizes of diapers, two sizes of outfits, bottles and sippy cups, snacks, my wallet, my sanity, etc. Help a soon to be new 2u2 mama out. Thanks so much.
Re: Diaper bags for 2u2. Yes another post.
We used a skip hop that we had from #1 and it is sometimes tight, but it works. #1 doesn't go through many diapers so we only keep 2 in there at all times. We don't even keep a change of clothes for her. We have a separate diaper changing kit thingy that we keep for when we go out with just her. LOVE that thing! Target has some for under $11.
I BF so I don't bring bottles. That would change my answer completely.

we keep a small overnight bag with extra outfits and such in the trunk of the car. Then I only have a small bag that holds 2-3 diapers and the bare essentials (snacks, milk, etc).
I need my hands free and a heavy diaper bag just adds more to the chaos.
i use the free tote the hospital passed out.
it's basically a slightly smaller version of the PBK bag.

I have a PPB Abundance Boxy Backpack. It just came out this season. It's just like the boxy backpack, but larger.
I plan to BF #2 like I did with DS, so no need for bottle space, but we cloth diaper so I do need extra room for that.
It's about the same size as the Skip Hop Duo Double Deluxe. I liked that the PPB had the backpack option though.
