Has anyone used one before?
I used one before I got pregnant with Aubrey and I lost 22 lbs. in 3 months. I worked out 2 days/week for an hour each session.
I'm thinking of doing it again, but I want to find someone that understands that I've had 3 c-sections in the past 3.5 years, and so my core needs a lot of help (from the inside out).
I was hoping I could find some recommendations on here:)
Re: Personal trainers
I've never used one, but I plan to use Val after I have my baby in June: https://www.workoutwithval.com/
What I like about her is that she will come to you if you prefer!.
Good luck with whatever you decide!
Pilates is a wonderful idea, like pp mentioned. If you go the pilates route, just be careful and talk to the instructor to be sure he/she understands about the c-sections so they can keep an eye on your technique. And maybe try some one on one instructions first to be sure you are doing the moves correctly before jumping into a class. I've also heard wonderful things about pole dancing classes for core ab strength.
