What time to trigger?

From what I remember, the nurse told me in the evening... is the same for everyone else?  I'll be taking Ovidrel, if that makes a difference.  Also, where did you inject?  This is obviously the first time, so I'm a bit nervous.

    With trigger, I was given a specific time, like 8:30 pm. Then they can best schedule your IUI. I did Ovidrel in the belly area.

    Initially, the nurse told me Ovidrel only w/ IUI (we were still deciding).  RE told me this morning to do the Ovidrel and try naturally.
