Pity party for myself. All are welcome.

I feel lousy today. I'm sad & I'm not sure why. Well, maybe I do. I get lonely during the day. I miss the mothers from my childbirth class that I used to see every week. We would always get together & have so much fun. They all went back to work. Also, my unit closed at the hospital I work at and now I float all over the hospital. I never know where I'll be until I get to work so I have no "home" there like I used to. I either work night shifts which suck azz or I work afternoons and never see DH. I am so in love with him & miss him so much. I know this is all for DS & will be worth it in the end. I'm just so sad right now. I just burst into tears for no reason. I just called into work. Maybe an evening home with my boys will make me feel better. I hope this is just a one day thing. If you made it this far, thanks for listening. I'm usually a much more fun person.

    Aww. ((hugs)) I can totally understand why you're feeling that way. I would too in that situation. I hope you have a wonderful day home with your boys. It sounds much needed.

    What about researching another position at the hospital?  Or another?  What about changing your schedule so that you can have a set day with your boys each week?  Please, don't be miserable for too long.  Figure out a solution.  Life it too short!  Hope you get the well deserved and needed time at home!
