For me, it was all about water, fenugeek and oatmeal, all of which are very mild and hopefully you should be able to keep down
And - if you just keep BFing and/or pumping, your body should adjust and keep supplying. If you had a good supply before, it should return once you're through this little phase and you can supplement during the interim if you truly do "run out".
I'm sorry to hear you are so sick! I'm just now recovering from a nasty stomach bug and definitely felt like my supply took a major dip. I just kept right on breastfeeding, probably even more than normal (my LO was sick too), and tried to hydrate as much as possible, even if I couldn't keep it all down. I woke up this morning, 48-hours after my stomach started to settle, and I felt like my supply is back where it usually is. I usually eat oatmeal daily to help my supply, so that can't hurt to try once you're feeling up to it.
My gut says that you and your LO have been doing this long enough that your supply will bounce back with his demand. Feel better Mama!
