That just looks like it hurts! How did it get loose? Does that happen with time?
It's not incredibly painful, just certain activities are uncomfortable like running upstairs too quickly or stepping down off of a curb without holding on to something or someone.
I have 6 screws total and was told that you don't naturally have a lot of fat in your ankle, and when you rapidly lose what fat you do have, this can happen. Apparently, internal rubbing has was fine as long as there was fat to cushion it.
