kitchen bbproofing ?

which stove/oven protection devices did you use?  do you recommend?  trying to decide between the knob protectors and the shield that protects from knob and heated surfaces....and maybe an oven latch?  lately they love the kitchen and turning on the dishwasher, which isn't harmful, but soon they will be able to reach the stove knobs.

    I'm looking for something that will stop them from being able to try and open the door- they haven't opened it yet, but I can't seem to find anything to stop this...I'm going to stateside this weekend maybe they have a few better options...I hope so!
