I just started a walk to run program this week. I noticed that after running, I have been having pain in my groin. I assume it has to do with being post postpartum. I'm not sure if I should especially be working to stretch and or strengthen the muscles in this area or if I just keep working out the problem will fix itself. It isn't particularly painful, just very noticeable after my workout. Any experiences dealing with PP pain?
