Pain after running. — The Bump

Pain after running.

I just started a walk to run program this week.  I noticed that after running, I have been having pain in my groin.  I assume it has to do with being post postpartum.  I'm not sure if I should especially be working to stretch and or strengthen the muscles in this area or if I just keep working out the problem will fix itself.  It isn't particularly painful, just very noticeable after my workout.  Any experiences dealing with PP pain?

Re: Pain after running.

  • I had the same thing when I started running PP.  It became less noticable the more time that passed.  Good Luck! Running after the baby has been completely different for me.
