My LO is 7 months and loved to be swaddled. We finally broke the swaddle habit and night and he sleeps just fine without it then. Naps are a different story. We cannot get him to sleep longer than half an hour without the swaddle, no matter what. With it, he sleeps 2 hours and doesn't get OT. What Gibran, should we just keep swaddling for naps? WWYD? Thanks!
Re: 7 mo still needs swaddle for naps?
DD is 7 months and swaddled all the time so I have no advice but just wanted to say you are not alone! She is a terrible sleeper so we are working on that first and then we'll figure out how to get her to go w/o the swaddle.
At this point I'm pretty sure we are going to be teaching her college roomate to swaddle though
