Just Sad.... NBR

For one of my final group projects for school I have to do an appraisal of an apartment complex. A FULL appraisal, like finding other apartment places in the area and collecting data on them to determine market value, etc.Β 

Well anyways I have over 30 pages typed up and the sad thing is, I am NO where near being done. If I turned the paper in right now I would get probably a 40 on it. It is due in a week and I haven't even gotten to the meat of the project yet... oh and the real kicker... At the beginning of this project I started out with 5 other group members. 3 have already dropped the class and I can't get the other 2 to meet with me.

Ugh!! I am so over it!Β
