Evening Primrose Oil-tell me about it

For those that used it, where do I get it, and how do you use it?

I will google it later if everyone who has used it is gone for the day but I figured i would get the info from the gals who recommended it :)

    You can get it at any grocery store. You just insert the capsules up near the cervix and wait. I used to do it at night so I didn't have to deal with leakage. The body heat will melt the capsule.

    I bought it at Walmart.  I would shove 3 capsules up my twat, as far as they would go, everynight.  Wear a panty liner and be prepared for it to leak out all day.

    What PPs said.  I heard it would help ripen and possibly dilate my cervix, but when I went in for induction at 1 and a half weeks overdue my cervix was in no way ready to go.  However, when they started the miso I dilated super super fast so maybe that helped.
