Pregnant after a Loss

Nervous Intro...

Hi Everyone,

I had a mc at 8 weeks last November.  This time around, I had my first ultrasound two weeks ago (5 w, 4d) and we saw the yolk and sac, but no fetal pole, which the tech assured me was normal for so early, but they wanted me to come back in two weeks.  So tomorrow, I have another ultrasound scheduled. Oh, and it's supposed to snow.

I keep telling myself, this pregnancy is different, my numbers are much higher, and I haven't been spotting, but I can't help but be nervous.   Any advice?

No advice really being PgAL is a total mind fvck!!  You will probably always worry and wonder if all is well, you just have to take it one day at a time and remember that "today I am pregnant and I love my baby"  So sorry for your loss but congrats on the BFP!!

Today I am pregnant and I love my baby.

Just repeat that to yourself.  The first trimester is sooo tough.  All you can do is take it one day at a time.

Will be thinking about you tomorrow.  Keep us posted.
