Diaper cover rec for chubby thighs

yes, I checked the spreadsheet, and no, I didn't find my answer there.

DS has some SUPER chunky thighs. Great for nomming on, not so great for finding a diaper that fits him. We've been using the thirsties covers, and they work spectacularly well, but the inner gussets are starting to leave some serious red marks and indentations on his legs.

Can anyone rec a (non-wool) cover that is good for chunky thighs?

I like Gen-Y side snapping -- they have separate waist and thigh snaps, which work well for my chunker.

If you can find covers made from the fatty cake pattern that's good for chubby thighs. Check shops on etsy, or go to the diaper sewing divas forum and see if someone will do you a custom order.
