Anyone have an au pair?

Which agency did you use?  We are looking at Cultural Care and Interexchange/ Au Pair USA.  Feel free to share any advice that you might have.

    We do not currently have an au pair, but have been considering going that route.  There are a lot of discussions on the DC Urban Moms board about au pair agencies.  You may want to look there.  We were considering working with Au Pair In America.
