I'm fat and I talk weird.

That is my analysis of the lesson I had to record myself teaching. 

I knew I sounded a little different than most people around here, but he students were even asking me where I was from!

And I have a second chin and back fat.

    I absolutely hate hearing myself talk on tape.  Seeing myself is even worse, even in pictures.  Which is one of the reasons I started my diet and exercising.

    I always think I'm wierd on camera. I sound way more southern and high pitched then I think I do and of course we always see all our "flaws".

    I am critical.  But only for a moment.  I've already eaten some leftover meatloaf and a zebra cake since deciding I was way too fat.

    And TW - you said you've already lost what, 30 pounds?!  You look amazing all the time anyway.  I need to get my treadmill out.

    I've lost 24, and thank you.  But seriously.  Look on fb from when QSS, Schwandy, Ash and Ozy were here.  Horrid.
