Preschool recommendations in Smithtown area?

Hi!  My DS turns 3 over the summer, and I'd like to start him in preschool in the fall.  Anyone have any preschool recommendations in the Smithtown / Commack / Stony Brook area?  I've toured a bunch, but would love to see what others think.

    This might be out of the area you are looking at but Abiding Presence in Kings Park is really good.  My 2 yr old nephew is currently going there a few days a week and my little sister went there for preschool (though that was over 20 years ago!)

    I've heard good things about both Holy Family and Pumpkin Patch in Commack.

    We used the pre school at Saint Patricks in Smithtown. They were Awesome. We even kept DD there through 4th grade.

    My daughter went to Tutor Time on Rte 347 in Nesconset.  I would highly recommend them.

    Saint James Lutheran Preschool has an excellent program. They are located at the corners of Woodlawn and Second Avenue in Saint James.

    It is a faith based program, but they are not scary Bible thumpers or anything like that.
