I am calling it...
BFN again this morning at 10dp3dt. I have no hope left. I am heartbroken and honestly really pissed at my body. I called and asked to have my beta moved up by a day because I want this over as soon as possible, doing my meds everyday is torture because it is just a reminder of how pointless they are right now.
Hopefully I will be able to schedule my WTF for some time next week, but I am also thinking about getting some consults at other bigger practices nearish here. We only have two more shots at this before we are totally out of the game. So does anyone have experience with SIRM near Philly or Shady Grove? Can you tell me what you liked/didn't like about either of them?
And please, as much as I love how supportive and hopeful everyone is, please no mention of late implanters or it could still be too early, it will just make me cry more. Thanks gals you are the best.

and as for 2nd opinions, i'm at SIRM NY and love them. M&M2006 on SAIF was at SIRM NJ (her 3rd practice and got her BFP with them on 7th IVF). They are great and you have crohn's right? they may add intralipids to your protocol which helps w/ people who have auto-immune diseases.

It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

Big Hugs! I've actually hit most of the big clinics in the Philly area and am a big fan of RMA in Philly. I'd be happy to share info if you'd like. Unfortunately, I didn't find Philly to be as cutting edge as I'd expect from a city, and after RMA, we were planning to move to SIRM in north jersey.

((HUGE HUGS)) I'm in the wrong part of the country to offer advice about the clinics you mention. But, I go to SIRM-St. Louis. I have an autoimmune type of arthritis and as theworms mentioned, they have me on intralipids when I cycle. They were very thorough with my testing before I started my first cycle.
As for second opinions, I started at SIRM-St. Louis and after 2 failed IVF cycles, I am getting a second opinion with another RE. It isn't because I lack faith in my SIRM doc (I am actually about to start IVF #3 with him), I just feel more information can't hurt. If IVF #3 doesn't work, I will likely start treatment with the new RE, though.

Me= 37 and DH = 41
Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!
TTC#2: Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.
IVF #4: BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN
IVF #5: MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN
IVF #6: (New RE): Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN
FET#1: BFN
